How can our school partner with SAVE concerts for fundraising? What should we charge per ticket and what time does your events usually start?

Our team actively seeks to work with both high school and post graduate college programs to determine the best way that we can serve. Anywhere from $10 to $20 per ticket. High School events start at 6:00 pm and ends at 11:00 pm. College events will vary.

What items will our school be responsible for in the event that SAVE concerts hosts an event at our school?



Each school is required to provide the following:  (1) Gymnasium or Athletic facility, (2) Chaperons/Volunteers for ticket takers, servers for concessions, etc. (3) Janitorial staff for clean-up after the Concert (4) Hospitality room for musical artists that include food, fruit and water (5) Two Dressing rooms (6) Extra tables for vendors (7) At least three Police Officers for extra security, parking & traffic control [if necessary] (8) Selling their own tickets.

What is the typical cost for a SAVE concerts event?
 

FREE! It is our passion and purpose to expose our young people with great positive music.

What can attendees expect at a SAVE Concert event?

High energy and great professional entertainment!  Our focus is to promote positive music that encourages and helps to transform lives in a positive way.  The genres of music that we typically play are:  Pop, R&B, Top 40 and Hip Hop.  Always be on the look out for something extra special from our SAVE concert events.
